Orakle is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform specialized in stock market analysis and prediction. Our service uses artificial intelligence algorithms to provide trading signals and statistical analysis.
Orakle provides decision support services and not investment advice in the legal sense. Our predictions and analysis are based on statistical models and do not constitute investment recommendations in any way.
The user remains entirely responsible for their investment decisions and portfolio management.
Orakle offers a monthly subscription:

The subscription price may be reduced through promotional offers, discount codes, or special campaigns. These promotional prices will be clearly indicated at the time of subscription.
The subscription automatically renews by tacit renewal at the end of each month, unless expressly cancelled by the user.
Payment is debited immediately upon subscription, then automatically at each subscription renewal.
In case of payment default, platform access will be suspended after 3 payment attempts. The subscription will be automatically cancelled after 30 days of non-payment.
In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of your subscription.
⚠️ Important Exception: The right of withdrawal no longer applies if you have started using the service (platform access activated) and you have given your explicit agreement to this immediate activation.

Cancellation is possible at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No refund is made for the unused period.
We will inform you by email at least 15 days before each automatic renewal of your subscription, in accordance with European obligations.
Trading and stock market investing involve capital loss risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Orakle provides only statistical signals and analysis. The user remains entirely responsible for their investment decisions and portfolio management.
Liability Exclusion: Orakle cannot be held responsible for financial losses resulting from the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the subscription paid.
Orakle and all its constituent elements (website, algorithms, trademarks, logos, content) remain the exclusive property of Orakle.
The user benefits from a personal and non-exclusive right of use, strictly limited to the use of the platform within the framework of their subscription.
Prohibitions: Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of Orakle content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
